1. SURROUND YOURSELF WITH BLUE

Decorate your home or workplace in shades of blue, or wear blue clothing + jewelry

2. SOUND HEALING

There is no organ in the body that is not affected by sound, music, or vibration.  You can immediately feel a sense of healing after you’ve listened to your favorite song or attended your favorite concert!   Some of my favorite sound healing activities –

  • Singing bowls
  • OM chanting music
  • Listening to my favorite songs

3. COMMUNICATE

Communication is the connecting principle that makes life possible.  We communicate in so many different ways – Try journaling, , talking to a loved one or animal, writing a letter, or using social media as outlet!

4. GET CREATIVE

Our creativity is a form of self-expression, the “self” orientation of the throat chakra center.  Explore your creativity and expand your curiosity!
